Corey A. Roediger

COREY A. ROEDIGER, Age 46, of Rochester Hills, passed away on May 16, 2023. He is survived by: his wife of Sara (Schillinger); sons, Graham and Bennett; father Gary Roediger and his wife Debbie Winn; mother Maria Roediger; step-sister Shelby Winn; and father-in-law Richard Schillinger. Corey is also survived by countless friends and extended family.

He was born on March 25, 1977, in Ann Arbor, Michigan and attended Hartland schools for most of his life and graduated from Brighton High School. Following graduation, Corey explored life to its colorful extremes eventually landing at a high school reunion in 2005. There he met the love of his life, and future bride, Sara. They were married on June 27, 2009.

Corey was in the mortgage business, eventually creating his own brand, RoedHouse. He made many, many friends in business, and always had a deep concern for our Veterans. He used his business to help many of our veterans and was proud to help them in any way he could.

A man of many interests, Corey loved music (especially his favorite band TOOL), golf, camping, socializing, and enjoyed good bourbon. He was a proud father who most enjoyed spending time with sons and extended family and friends. He will be greatly missed by many.

A visitation will be held Friday, May 19, from 3 to 8 pm at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Drive, Rochester. The family will also receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, May 20, from 11 am to 3 pm. A celebration of Corey’s life will begin Saturday, 3 p.m. at the funeral home. At the conclusion of funeral home service, the celebration will continue at Tee Times in Rochester Hills.
