Hetrick, Betty Helen (nee Walk), passed away August 30, 2016. She was born October 19, 1923 in Detroit to Ernest Walk and Ina Marie Rantala. Betty was the last family member as her brothers and sisters predeceased her. She attended Royal Oak High School. Betty married Bernard Hetrick on April 5, 1942 and he predeceased her on October 19, 1997. Betty had a son, Bernard Wilson (Carol Main) Hetrick on April 1, 1944. She worked at Hawthorne Metal Products in Royal Oak for seventeen years. Interment will take place at Oakview Cemetery in Royal Oak.
