Timothy James Losee, husband, father, grandfather, brother, son, and nephew, went to Heaven on July 27, 2014 when God called him home. He waged a long and hard-fought battle with cancer but this monster was just too strong.
Tim is survived by his wife Ellen, daughter Gina, granddaughter Vanessa, son Tim Jr, son Robby, grandson Jaxson, daughter Jessica, mom Katherine, sister Kathy, brother Ted, brother Tom and Uncle Frankie
Tim was the most loving and giving person you could ever have the good fortune to meet. Feeding the homeless every year with leftovers from Thanksgiving dinners, including all the trimmings, is only one shining example of his gigantic heart.
Tim loved trout fishing and camping, playing the penny slots, Nascar and the Buccaneers.
Tim waited to go to Heaven until his wife went down for a few hour’s sleep so she wouldn’t have to witness it. He was unselfish up to his very last breath. His daughter Gina and a very loving caregiver Eileen were with him so he was not alone when he started his journey.
Tim is at peace now in Heaven, fishing every day in the best trout lake God has to offer, which is perpetually stocked so he doesn’t have to wait til stock day to go fishin. He is content.
Please don’t send flowers – Tim was never very flowery. If you would like to pay respects to Tim, please send a donation to American Cancer Society at cancer.org in Tim’s name. He’ll see that from Heaven and will like that so much better than flowers.
And please don’t think me ungrateful but please don’t send meals either. My friends and family are keeping me well-fed and I have more meals than I can eat. Send a donation to American Cancer Society instead; it will please Tim up in Heaven.
