Brian Ralph Willis, 78, of Hesperia, California, passed away on January 4, 2021 at home with his family. Ralph was born to parents Chester and Myra Willis, in August of 1942, in Riverside, California. He attended Lake Elsinore Military Academy and graduated high school while in the military. He served in the U.S. Army, in Germany where he found a love of the outdoors through travel. He retired, after 25 years with the City of Riverside, as an IBEW 47 Journeyman Lineman. Ralph was an only child and lost his father at 18 months of age. His Aunt Kate and Uncle Ralph were instrumental in raising him and he always held them in the highest regard. Ralph married Virginia, the love of his life, in 1966, who survives him. Ralph is also survived by son Ken McGee, 4 daughters, Betty Shost, Linda Elrod, Cindy Masciola and Cathy Dubenion, as well as 10 grandchildren and 13 greatgrandchildren. Ralph was a hard-working man with a big heart, who was known for being kind, loving and fair. He gained the respect of everyone he met. He loved people and was often likened to a chameleon in the way he would effortlessly blend in, with people from all walks of life, to exchange meaningful conversation. He had a very close circle of friends with whom he shared a lifetime of great memories. His greatest love was spending time with his family. He is dearly missed. Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 19th at 10:00, at Evergreen Cemetery in Riverside.
