Nelson Edward Evans

On September 8, 1957, he married his High School sweetheart Coralie Lorraine Johnson and together, they raised 5 children. Nelsons thirst for knowledge continued throughout his entire life. Always continuing his education; Nelson had just recently received his PhD in Psychology. In- between his love for God, time spent with family, and building his career; Nelsons passions included the Theatre, Bird Watching, Culinary Arts, Shooting and T.V. Sports.

Survivors include his three daughters; Naomi Cohen, Doreen M. Thomas Richmond Nunez, and Sylvia J. Thomas Milovich; 9 grandchildren Amber, Justin, Paige, Tabitha, Kathleen, Jeremy, Ruth, Krisha and Travis; 17 great-grandchildren; niece’s, nephew’s, cousin’s and countless friend’s.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother Gary Evans; 1 sister Marylou Wilson; his wife Coralie; 1 daughter Katherine Lorraine Evans Anglin Coe; 1 son David Nelson Evans.

A time of gathering will be held on Friday, January 26 at 10:00am at Pierce Bros. Crestlawn Memorial Park and Mortuary, Riverside, California. Following the service, Nelson will be laid to rest with his wife, daughter and son.
