Dear Mrs. Marks
You have always been a woman of grace.
From the moment Melchell introduced us nearly forty five years ago, I recall your gentle spirit of which you've never changed. 
A woman of honor, elegance and beauty both inside and out.
Always so kind.
Always soft spoken. 
Always so loving.
You did everything with class.
Always wore the best.
Hair never out of place.
Drove the best.
Lived in the best.
Never superficial.
Your nature was true.
Your character genuine.
Always the best wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
Always giving of your time making sure that those around you were doing well and also  living their best life.
Although you are gone now, your grace will remain forever.
You left this earth as you lived your life. Peacefully.
Your legacy of love will live on through your children, grandchildren, and all of us who were blessed to have been a part of your life.

The best memories I have of Mama Mary are the wonderful times we spent together at Melchell's  house for Bible studies.  I Love you Mama Mary and will miss you so much.

I know you have gone to a better place and you are resting in the arms of the Lord. I can't begin to say how much I love you and will miss you.  I appreciate all the support you gave me when I was going through what I had to go through. Even with the distance between us you have always been there.  I love you more than words can say.

What can I say Mary since we met I have enjoyed you and our talks our breakfasts after church. The love you have shown to me and my children has meant so much to me. They are memories I will always treasure. You hold a very special place in my heart and I know I have a beautiful angel to now watch over me and my family. God has a very special and amazing Angel I love you and miss you so much. Until we see each other again in heaven.  I love you

Mom, I love you more than words can say.  I am so grateful to God for electing to have you be the woman who has brought me into this world.

Your amazing love and commitment to God has allowed you to be one AWESOME Woman of God and an AMAZING Friend,  Wife, Sister in law, Aunt, Mother, Grandma and Grammy.

Our family has been soooooooo blessed because of you and your steadfast determination to ensure we grew up in the ways of the Lord and to know that we have a Savior in Jesus Christ who loves us beyond measure.

I thank you from the depth of my soul for your continued hours of diligent prayer over our family and for all those you encountered. 

You are such a blessing to soooooo many people and the joy and peace.  I have in my life is because of your direction and guidance to always put my faith in God Almighty no matter what.

So know that these last five years of sharing the same home with you again has been the best years of my life.

God's mercy, grace and compassion to  both of us during this time period will keep me grounded and full of loving memories until I see your smiling face again in Heaven. 

For now, rest in peace my beloved Mother and know you will be dearly missed.
