Jamie (Hayes) Beman was born in Lakewood California on April 19th, 1959. From there, the Hayes family moved to Norco California. Jamie lived in Norco until she married Hobie Beman in 1979; Jamie and Hobie then moved to Riverside, Ca. to start their life together. In 1981, they bought their first home in Moreno Valley, California. Here they were blessed with two children, Hobie and Stephanie.
Jamie worked side by side with her mom and dad, Jim and Donna Hayes, at Beaumont Yamaha Kawasaki. Her passion for selling motorcycles ran deep. She loved to sell “fun” to families. Jamie brought that love of offroad home to her family. As a family, they went on countless trips to Lake Shasta, Lake Powell, Razor road, and numerous other family vacations. Many unforgettable family memories were made during those trips.
In 1991 Jamie and Hobie bought a home in Nuevo, California. Nuevo is where Jamie wrote her life’s story. She spent a good 20 years more selling motorcycles and eventually decided to take a break and change her career. She got into the legal business and began delivering papers. Nuevo was where she called home. She took great pride in her two kids, her dogs, and her home. Jamie’s home was her sanctuary.
Jamie is survived by her two children: Hobie (Amber) Beman, and Stephanie (Matt) Beman; four grandchildren: Kyle Longerbeam, Hadley Longerbeam, Andrijana Beman, and Leah Rae Beman; two siblings: Randy Hayes and Laurie (Rob) Allen, and two nieces: Brittanie (Colby) Priest and Breanna (Tyler) Gallup. She was preceded in death by her parents: Jim and Donna Hayes.
A funeral service for Jamie will be held Monday, November 6, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Mortuary, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505.
