James Randall Curtis, age 48, passed away on January 8, 2014. He was born in California, January 24, 1965. James is survived by his Brother Gary Curtis Sister in Law Keri Curtis, Son James, nephew Travis Padgett Niece Alsatia Pacheco, Step Dad David Heath as a host of other extended family and friends.
