Evelyn (known to the family & friends as Annie) was the beloved daughter of the late Edward and Ethel McElroy. She was born February 28th, 1930 in Knoxville, Tennessee. She was proceeded in death by sisters Beatrice Moore, Dorsey Parham, Ila McElroy, Elizabeth Murdock, and brother McKinley McElroy. Evelyn leaves behind 2 siblings brother Walter McElroy and his wife Mae Evelyn of Pittsburg PA., and sister Betty Rose Lomax in Knoxville, TN.
Evelyn was also the loving spouse of her husband Melvin Swaggerty of 60 years in Corona CA. She also has her 3 children, daughter Saundra Bailey and her spouse Robert Bailey of Murrieta CA., her son Tony Swaggerty and his spouse Lynn Lanita of Las Vegas, NV. and daughter Tracey Roberson whom resides in Riverside CA. She was also was aunt to many nieces, nephews, grandkids, great grandkids, and great-great grandkids.
