Estella passed peacefully on January 17, 2020. She was surrounded and supported by
her loving family. Estella was born in Paduca, Texas and spent most of her life in El
Paso Texas, along with her beloved husband Concepcion Mendoza, where they raised
their children. Estella is the eldest sister to Bertha Espino, Dora Herrera, Frank Franco
and Juan Franco
Estella was a loving mother to 14 children: Juan De Dios, Lola Hernandez, Connie
Luey, Guadalupe Mendoza, Joe Mendoza, Jesse Mendoza, Danny Mendoza, Rick
Mendoza, Stella Huerta, Junior Mendoza, Charlie Mendoza, Nicky Rodriguez, Mark
Mendoza, Angie Barrera. She is survived by countless grandchildren and great grand
children.
