Liz had an infectious laugh, smile and presence.  After meeting Her, You couldn't help but remember Her!  She reminded me of Snow White.  Always polite, gentle and kind.

My heart and prayers are with Her Family and Friends, coworkers and students during this difficult time.  It is hard enough to be in the middle of a pandemic, and to lose a young, beautiful, incredible woman like, Liz, is a lot to bear.

She was an amazing Friend, Daughter, Sister, Wife and Mother.   Anyone would feel LUCKY to have met Her.

Liz, I know You are in peace now.  It was so sweet knowing You!  

Please keep near your Family, Liz.  They need your spirit and protection as they embark on this journey without You.  

You Are Now an Even Bigger Angel, Liz.

Elizabeth and I were in our high school marching band with one another, and boy did we have some memories to share! From long countless practice hours , to the many of competitions , to the ROSE PARADE our senior year! Let’s not forget to mention the dances , hang out nights at a few friends houses and dinners at pizza time before practice. She was definitely a fun , happy and special person to be around . Over the years we lost connection until recently when she saw that my husband too was going to City of Hope. Thank you , for your words and for holding that light at the end of the tunnel when I was in my darkest days. May you rest in paradise. Thank you for your friendship !

I will truly miss seeing her everyday at work. It is hard knowing she won’t be in the classroom next door. But I am left with so many great memories. We were the Trolls one year. The last year we were partner teachers. We had a Pokémon theme and we take our Pokémon seriously. We would sabotage each other’s classrooms. One time I put yellow post it’s all over her whiteboards. She eventually got me back. We would battle gyms outside school. We worked together to zip tie Mr. White’s doors (about 500 of them) at science camp .  I pray that the family finds peace and strength during this time. 

Elizabeth was such a very special person. She was always so happy, cheerful, kind, and fun.  She brightened every room she entered with her sparkling smile and radiant personality, and she added much joy and goodwill to the UCR Interlibrary Loan office where we worked together.   I will always be grateful to have had the blessing of knowing Elizabeth.  Her courage, bravery, and sweet upbeat attitude during her sad illness all testify to the very remarkable woman she was.  Her beautiful life was much too short, but the impact Elizabeth made on her world was tremendous and will live forever.
