Daisy entered her heavenly home on February 26 where she will be reunited with her husband Edward Low and daughter Helen Low Porter who preceded her in death.
Daisy was born on January 2, 1925 in a small village of Point Hill in the parish of Saint Catherine, Jamaica. She received her secondary education at Wolmer's School for Girls in Kingston, Jamaica and later worked as a civilian employee with the British Military Forces. In 1949 she left for London, England where she met her husband Edward Low who was then a medical student. They married in 1951, lived in Jamaica for a while and eventually arrived in the US in 1955.
Daisy was a devoted wife to her husband and mother to six children. She enjoyed reading her bible, arts and crafts and had a love for cooking even in the days before her passing. She was a faithful member of Magnolia Church for over 43 years.
She is loved and survived by two sons, Michael and David and three daughters, Sherianne (Foster), Meiling (Dew) and Vicki. Two sons-in-law, two daughters-in-law, 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren with another on the way.
Memorial Service will be held at 10 AM on March 19 at Magnolia Church, 8351 Magnolia Ave., Riverside. Lunch and reception will follow. Burial will be at 2 PM at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park, 11500 Arlington Ave., Riverside.
