Carlos graduated from Orange Grove High School.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather Veronica and Joel Sanchez
His twin brother Salvador Salinas, Niece Destiny Salinas, Sister-in-Law Michelle, Brother Anthony Salinas, Brother Jose Perez and Grandfather Salvador Mercado and lots of Family and friends.
