Art (aka) Rocko loved his family and worked tirelessly as he repaired anything on a house. He could replace the brakes on your car, tuned up your car and even replaced motors and transmissions on the weekend for all who needed it. Rocko would get it done. He was the “Man” for the job. He enjoyed going to Las Vegas, fishing and life in general, but the thing he enjoyed the most was the “Race Track”! After replacing the brakes on your car and quick bath he was “On the Rail” carefully strategizing his picks for each race. If you needed a good pick he was the man to be with for sure. If you asked him how he did at the track he would say “I hit them a little” that meant he hit the pretty good. If you wanted to find him in Vegas, look in the Sports Book at the Union Plaza. He said he was just “shootin at em.” From Hollywood to Santa Anita to Del Mar, even to The Great One the Kentucky Derby, he has been there and bet there.
Late Monday afternoon on November 25, 2013 Arthur had his last race, his journey ended.
