Julio Francisco Alvarez Martinez, 22, of Axton, died Wednesday, February 19, 2014 as a result of an auto accident.
He was born in Axton to Julio Alvarez and Elvira Martinez of Axton.
Surviving in addition to his parents is one sister, Julissa Alvarez of Axton and two half sisters, Liliana Alvarez and Alejandra Alvarez both of Axton.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 Noon Saturday, February 22, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Mark White officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery of Ridgeway. The family will receive friends 6-7 P.M. Friday, February 21, 2014, in the Community Funeral Service Chapel in Ridgeway and other times at the home of his parents, at 353 Fuller Street, Axton, VA.
