Henrietta Ousley Lewis

Henrietta Ousley Lewis, 72, of Golden Living Center, formerly of 611 Forest Street, Martinsville died Monday, April 23, 2012 at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville. She was born in Floyd Co on February 25, 1940 to the late Early Robert Ousley, Sr. and Maggie Quesenberry Ousley.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sons, Richard Greene Lewis and Johnny Ray Lewis, two sisters, Edith Mae Cox and Opaline Ousley Cox, one brother Early Robert Ousley, Jr.

Surviving are three daughters, Sharon Lawson of Bassett, Vicky Lewis of Stuart and Susan Haynes of Galax, and one sister, Hazel Roberts of Allisonia, five grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2012 in the chapel of Community Funeral Service of Ridgeway with Pastor Tim Harville officiating, interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
