William Brame

William Hoover Brame (Bill) 60, of Madison, Mississippi passed away peacefully on November 25, 2020. Bill was born in Canton, MS on April 29, 1960. He is the son of the late Joe Webb Brame and Nancy Brame Capps. Bill grew up in Ridgeland, MS and loved being outdoors on his family farm. Bill graduated from Madison Ridgeland Academy in 1978. After high school, Bill attended the University of Mississippi, where he was an active member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Bill graduated from The University of Mississippi with his Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance degree in 1981. Bill was a Stockbroker and a First Vice President for Morgan Keegan. After college, Bill married his high school sweetheart, Mary Carol Mckee Brame. The two went on to have three children: Lindsay, Allison, and Taylor. Bill loved traveling, taking road trips with his family, fishing, and Ole Miss football. Bill’s greatest joy was being a Granddaddy to his four grandchildren. Bill is survived by his wife of 37 years Mary Carol Brame of Madison, MS; Daughter, Lindsay Carol (Eric) Casperson of Salt Lake City, UT; Daughter Mary Allison (Alex) Dotson of Birmingham, AL; Son William Taylor Brame of Oxford, MS; Sister Ann Brame of New Orleans, LA; Brother-in-law Kenneth Heard, Jr. of Ridgeland, MS. Four grandchildren, Caylee Casperson, Connor Casperson, Chloe Casperson and Luke Dotson. Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Brame Capps; father, Joe Brame; step-father, John Capps; sister, Cynthia Heard; and brother, Webb Brame. Bill will be missed by so many for his compassion and words of wisdom.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 11:00a.m. at Parkway Memorial Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation in honor of William Hoover Brame:
