Sarah Frances Stewart Taylor, 78, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 in Brandon, Mississippi.
Sarah was born on June 22, 1944 to Eulyss and Virginia Swayze Stewart. She graduated from Murrah High School and worked for Deposit Guaranty. She later was employed at Magnolia Clippings in Ridgeland.
Sarah is preceded in death by her parents; a son, David Taylor of Jackson, MS; and two brothers, Eulyss Edward Stewart of Memphis, TN and Robert Swayze Stewart of Milwaukee, WI. She is survived by her son, James “Jimmy” Taylor of Savannah, GA; granddaughter, Nicole Cathcart of Omaha, NE; sister, Virginia Ellen Stewart of Marietta, GA; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 3:00 pm under the pavilion at Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson.
