Mildred C. Edwards, died Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Martha Coker Nursing Home in Yazoo City.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 29, 2012 from the Ridgeland Chapel of Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday between the hours of 5 and 7 PM and after 12 noon on Saturday. Interment will follow the service in the Flora Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Charles “Buck” Edwards and grandson Charles M. Edwards. Survivors include sons Franklin Lavon Edwards (Linda), Vernon Glenn Edwards. Daughters Joyce Jones (Randy), Betty Baker (James) and Lucy Mitchell (Bill). Also 9 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
