Lillie Mae Thompson, 91, of Brandon passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2020.

Lillie was born on June 25, 1928 in Ruleville, Mississippi to Elzie and Lavell Sanders. She moved to Jackson in 1958, where she worked for Unifirst Savings & Loan.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Thompson, Sr.; daughters, Rita Barnes and Mona Macalouso; son, Charles Thompson, Jr.; grandson, Scott Barnes; and brother, Edgar Sanders.

She is survived by her granddaughter, Chasity Thompson; grandson, James Ebeling; daughter-in-law, Nancy Thompson; great-grandsons, Austin Gunter and Aaron Weeks; brothers, Thomas Sanders and Anthony Sanders; and sisters, Willie Frances Gregory, Charlotte Brisendine, and Helen Smith.

Visitation will be held at Parkway Funeral Home on Friday, June 5, 2020 from 12 noon to 2 pm with a funeral service to follow in the chapel. Burial will be at Lakewood South Memorial Park in Jackson.
