Kay W. Howell

Kay W. Howell, age 72, of Ridgeland, MS, died Tuesday, January 18, 2011, in Ridgeland. Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM, Thursday, January 20, 2011 at Wright & Ferguson Funeral on Highland Colony Parkway in Ridgeland. The family will

receive friends on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 from 5:00 until 8:00PM at the funeral home. The interment will follow in Parkway Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Howell was a native of Lake, MS. She was a homemaker and retired for the United States Department of Agriculture Statistical Services. She was of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Howell was preceded in death by her parents Bishop and Leigh Alice Ware and by a niece, Jeanna Ware.

She is survived by, her husband, David Howell of Ridgeland; her daughters, Tish Wheat and her husband, Joey, of Pearl and Tonya Stockstill of Picayune, MS; a brother, Jerry Ware and his wife, Jean of Bryan, TX; her grandsons, Marcus Cooksey and his wife Stormy of San Bernardino, CA, Sean Cooksey of Pearl, MS, Trace Stockstill of Cleveland, MS, John David

Stockstill of Picayune, MS; a granddaughter, Kaylynn Stockstill of Picayune, MS; a niece, Candi Ware of Bryan, TX and a nephew Jay Ware of Bryan, TX; great grandsons Caiden and Triston Cooksey of San Bernardino, CA.

Mrs. Howell’s son-in-law, grandsons and nephew will serve as pallbeares.

Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home, Highland Colony Parkway, is in charge of arrangements.
