John was born on October 7, 1997, in Flowood, Mississippi to John Robert Barr III and Angie Mullins. He grew up in Madison, and graduated from Madison Central High School in 2016. John worked as an accountant at Collins, Barr, & Hembree, Ltd. He was an avid fan of any sport.
John is preceded in death by his grandparents, Cecil Ann and Carl Kenneth Mullins and John Robert Barr, Jr.; sister, Johanna Riley Barr; and aunt, Carla Mullins.
John is survived by his parents, John Robert Barr III and Angie Mullins; sister, Jordan McInnis (Matthew); brothers, Jason Barr and Jack Barr; grandmother, Dale Barr; aunt, Cheryl Barr; and girlfriend, Virginia Pace.
Visitation will be held at Parkway Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. A funeral service will take place at First Baptist Church Madison on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at 2:00 pm with visitation one hour prior.
