Joe and I were classmates in Hazlehurst and rode the same school bus early on. Joe was always so very friendly, very funny, and loved his family very much. I will never forget that smile. May the Lord hold all of his family close during these days. And we will all be together again one day. Love to all of you. OHara

Joe always used his spectacular smile to greet others. His integrity was quite impressive but above all was his love for Peg. As a couple they both have impacted our marriage and how we treat each other. Thank you both for your positive influence! Joe please continue to watch over us from the HEAVENS....

Peg and Girls,

Joe is such a strong influence in my life.  He was not only a coworker, he was a friend.  I spent a lot of time with him in deep conversations.  We never had a conversation that didn't end up with him telling me how special you all are.  I know that Joe's faith was important to him and that is such a blessing to me.  You all are in my thoughts and prayers during this time.



We were so shocked and saddened when we heard about Joe.  He was a special man who was always smiling. We had visited with him twice not too long ago and he was talking about his family and showing us pictures.  He cherished each one of you! 
We will see you tomorrow.  Know we will pray for you!

We are so saddened to hear of Joe’s passing! We have so many wonderful memories of our days at Ridgecrest! We all had such a close fellowship with each other. We will always cherish those special times and never forget Joe’s smile and laugh. God gained a saint and he will be missed greatly! We are lifting all of you up in our prayers daily.

I am so sorry to hear of Joes death. He and I were classmates in Hazlehurst and my daughter Laura is a friend of Meagans.  Laura called and told me the sad news. She shared with me her memories and how welcome Joe and  Ms. Peg were to her. Please extend our sympathy to all. You are in our thoughts and prayers!
