Clements, William “Bill” Robert, Sr., 88 of Midlothian, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2019. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Nancy Lipscomb Clements; son Rob Clements (Kathy), daughter Paige Clements Yasnowsky (Ken) and grandchildren Ryan, Kaitlyn, Erik and Riley. The memorial service will be held Friday, January 10, at 1 pm at Bon Air Baptist Church. A private interment will be held at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Amelia, VA.
