Valerie Ann Hubbell, age 57, of Henrico, Virginia passed away on Wednesday January 23, 2019. Valerie was born July 18, 1961. From the beginning, she faced a relentless cascade of challenges. Yet, she remained steadfast in her faith and had the most generous spirit. To know her is to have seen the embodiment of what it means to be valiant.
