SMITH, Ursula B., 71, of Goochland, went to be with the Lord, September 14, 2011. She was a retired N.J. school teacher. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, David A. Smith; three children, Elizabeth Concepcion and her husband, Joe, David Smith, Deborah Sarvis and her husband, Gene, nine grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah, Kayla, Mia, Jonathan, Ashley, Alison, Treyton, and Ellianna; three sisters, three brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. Ursula was a member of Tuesday Morning Community Women's Bible Study Group, and a member of the Gideon Women's Auxiliary.
The family will receive friends Sunday, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Parham Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. Funeral services will be held Monday, 11 a.m. at the West End Assembly of God. Interment Greenwood Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Gideon International.
