Thomas Jesse "Jackie" Whitlock, 75, of Highland Springs, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018. He was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Brenda L. Whitlock. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Mary Hamilton (Tommy); step-sons, William Turner (Lynda) and Jerald Turner (Robin); eight grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; sister, Muriel Jenness (Frank); and numerous friends and relatives. A special thank you to Sue, Sandy, Alma, and Karen for their time and patience. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 7, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a funeral will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
