He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Nina Watson Winslow; sons, Mark Cameron Winslow and his wife Tracey Rogers Winslow, David Randolph Winslow and his wife Mary Barnette Winslow; and grandchildren, Allison Paige Winslow and Caleb Randolph Winslow, all of Sandston, VA. Among those friends were Louis and Virlinda Heindl, J.R. Tucker, and Dell Shaff, who held a special place in Bob's life.
Bob enjoyed the outdoors, whether bird hunting with friends, restoring antique tractors or anything mechanical, or going to races. He was a fixture at Country Style Donuts, where he could be found most mornings on his usual stool, enjoying conversation and friendship with the many people who came to know and love him over the years.
He loved his family deeply and was immensely proud of his sons and grandchildren. Time spent with family and friends brought him great joy. Bob will be missed more than words can say, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
The family will receive friends from 1pm until service time at 2pm, Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231
