Mary Lou Reinhart, age 79, of Richmond, Virginia, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 after a long decline in her health due to Alzheimer’s Disease. Mary Lou is survived by her husband of 27 years, Myron (Bud) Reinhart, by her first husband William Papa, her children Elaine Duffy (husband, Billy), Steve Papa (wife, Penny), John Papa, Cynthia Richards and Bill Reinhart, her four grandchildren Erin (husband, James), Matthew (wife, Laura), Steven (wife, Meredith) and Christopher, five great grandchildren Emily Kate, Nellie, Blake, Bailey and Samantha, and many other loving relatives and friends. Her death was preceded by her parents Ed and Betty Weldon, two brothers William Edward Weldon and Frank Erwin Weldon, and her second husband Joseph Hughes. Mary Lou was a nurturing mother, a loving wife, and a kind, loving person. She graduated from John Marshall High School in 1955, married and was a stay at home mom until later years when she went to work as an administrative secretary for Richmond Engineering Company and later for Lingerfelt Development Company until she retired. She was an avid golfer and tennis player for many years though nothing brought her more happiness then sharing her love with family and friends. She was a member of Derbyshire Baptist Church and sang in the Golden Tones Choir. She received many years of special care from the staff at Westminster Canterbury and Senior Bridge. Her family is very grateful for all those that touched her life. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. in the Chapel at Westminster Canterbury Richmond, Virginia.
