Linda Ann Thompson

Thompson, Linda Paulsen, 78, of Midlothian, Virginia, passed away on November 24, 2018 after a long battle with COPD. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, William Thompson; daughters, Wendy Callicoat, Kristin Thompson, and Beth Abell; grandchildren, Jonathon Callicoat, Emma Callicoat, and Andrea Abell; and KC, her beloved Golden Retriever. She was born in Seymour, Connecticut and she was a graduated of Becker Junior College. It was there she William Thompson the second week of school and knew she had found “the one”. Their life included moves to Connecticut, Kansas, and Virginia, where lifelong friends were made along the way. She loved sharing memories about our family trips across New Hampshire, Malone NY, and Canada. Thank you to our family, coworkers, friends, and Hospice of Virginia for the support these last few weeks. The family will hold a party at later date to celebrate her life as she preferred a happy hour versus a funeral. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Richmond Animal League.
