Joyce Lee Tibbs

She was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest L. Tibbs. Joyce was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church and the Glendale Ruritan Club.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Diane T. Owens (Wayne) and Denise T. Webster (Ron); stepson, Forrest L. Tibbs Jr. (Linda); numerous grandchildren, including Ronnie Webster (Kate) and Alex Webster; several great-grandchildren; and her brother, Jim Lee (Betty).

The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 2, 2021 and Monday, May 3, 2021 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a service will be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 12 p.m. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
