THOMAS, Jo Ann, 71, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2015. She is preceded in death by her parents, Marguerite C. and Roy E. “Joe” Thomas; brother, Roy E. “Little Joe” Thomas; son, Russell Lee “Rusty” Rice, Jr. Jo Ann is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Pruett; two grandchildren, Tiffany Adkins and Travis Pruett; two great grand-daughters; sister, Peggy Brinkley; and a host of additional nieces, nephews, friends and family. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 25, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 26, at 2:00 pm, all services will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S.
