Jane Via Wells

A native of Henry County, Virginia she was residing with her husband, Charles Allen Wells Jr., in Midlothian VA.

She was a retiree of the American Red Cross association and later a retiree from the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention.

Jane is survived by her Husband Allen Wells Jr., their daughters; Lisa W. Hicks (Rod), Laura Gibson, and son Charles Allen Wells III (Wendy), along with eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

The family request that in lieu of flowers that donations be made out to the American Red Cross Association.

A visitation for Jane will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woody Funeral Home - Parham, 1771 North Parham Road, Richmond, VA 23229. A funeral service will occur Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 1771 North Parham Road, Richmond, VA 23229. A reception will occur Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, 1771 North Parham Road, Richmond, VA 23229. Burial of cremated remains will take place in Henry County at a later date.
