Jack will be missed by all who knew and loved him.  My prayers are with his family and friends.

Farmer Family,
You are in our thoughts and prayers. I have many fond memories of the Farmer & Millikin family get-togethers from days gone by. Dad always held Jack in the highest regard & had the utmost respect for him. He was a very special man indeed and will truly be missed. Sincerest of condolences from my family.

Jack was always smiling and had a good word to say. I enjoyed working with him and I want to express my sympathy to each of you.

Jack was a wonderful person and as one of the "old guard" he always treated us "new cops" as friends and peers. With his ready smile and a joke or two, Jack was always a pleasure to be around. He was a good man and he enjoyed a good family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My family just knew Jack from the North River Campground when my Uncle Gene was mayor of the camp.  He was always nice to us.  He will be truly missed.  The Farmer family will be in our prayers.

It was my high honor to serve as Jack Farmer's pastor for seven and a half years. He was genuine. His faith commitment was real. We had some good times together. Jane and I send our most sincere regards to the entire family, wonderful people. God be with you.

My sympathy for the family of a great and wonderful man.I fished with Jack in Cape Hatteras a few time and we had good fun over the years.Rest well my friend.

I worked with Jack for many years and never saw him without a smile and positive attitude. He always spoke of his family and how much he enjoyed his time with them. He was a friend to everyone and never hesitated to help anyone when he could. He was a dedicated policeman and great guy. Now it is time to mark 10-7 for the last time my friend, go rest in peace and may God bless your family.

When I think of Jack I remember a man who always wore a smile and usually had a cup of coffee in his hand. He was a friend to everyone. My prayers and deepest sympathy to his family.

To Geraldine, David, Mark, Delcie and family. Jack was one of the 'old guard', Bob Milikin,Freddie Smith, Eddie Burton...the 'Itelligence Unit'. What great guys and dedicated policeman they are and were. As time goes by we are seeing the end of an era. Jack was a good, dedicated policeman, a good friend and a loving family man....rest in peace, my brother.
