Frances was preceded in death by her parents Frances and Robert Apperson. Survived by John, loving husband of 66 years. Daughter Sherie, son Donnie (Julie). Two grandsons Adam (Stacie), Sam (Brooke). Two great grandchildren Cadence and Maddux.
A public visitation for Frances will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Nelsen Richmond, 4650 South Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, VA 23231. A funeral service will occur Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 10:00 AM, 4650 South Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, VA 23231. A committal service will occur Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Washington Memorial Park, 6217 Memorial Dr., Sandston, VA 23150.
