WALTERS, Florence Carroll, 84, of Henrico, widow of John M. Walters, passed away April 12, 2010. She was a retired executive secretary of Signet Bank. She is survived by three daughters, Sandra Jones and her husband, Gordon, Diane Halley and Peggy Martin and her husband, Lee; brother, James Carroll; Grandson, Lane Martin; and her Cambridge Baptist Church and Lakewood Manor families. She will be missed by all of those whose lives she touched.
Mrs. Walters was a member of Cambridge Baptist Church, where she was involved with many Bible study and fellowship groups. She devoted her life to her family and church.
The family will receive friends Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Cambridge Baptist Church, 12025 Gayton Rd. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park.
