Florence Trudeau Burrell

BURRELL, Florence Trudeau, 86, of Sandston, VA passed away November 3, 2014. Florence was an assistant Chemist for the State of Virginia and a faithful member of the New Bridge Baptist Church on Elko Road. Florence enjoyed attending the Young At Heart group at New Bridge Baptist Church and the Antioch Baptist Church Seniors in Sandston. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Elizabeth Harmon Trudeau; one sister, Eleanor Trudeau; and her first husband, Millard Smith, Jr. Florence is survived by her husband, William Burrell; two sons, Brooke (Susan) Smith and Eddie Smith; one grandson, Jonathan Smith; sister, Elizabeth (Bernie) Seay of Harrisonburg, VA; brother, Henry S. (Julia) Duncan; sister, Lynne Bosson of Monroe, GA; brothers, Steve (Lisa) Trudeau, Edward (Jessica) Trudeau of New Albany, IN; and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6, from 10:00am – 11:00am at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Richmond, with a Celebration of Life service to start following the visitation at 11:00am with Dr. William E. Blake Jr. officiating.
