BEARD, Fannie Sue, 95, of Richmond, passed away February 28, 2014, after a short illness. She was the widow of Jacob William Beard and is survived by her daughter, Dianne Pollock and her husband, John; sister-in-law, Carolyn Miller; and brother-in-law, Russell Beard; several nieces and nephews.
