Edna W. Palmer

Palmer, Edna Winifred, 79, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2012. Edna was born in Brighton, England and immigrated with her family to the United States in 1972. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Alan Palmer, two sons Ian Palmer and wife Billie Mottley, Neil Palmer and wife Kerri, five grandchildren Austin, Emily, Brentan, Taylar and Jack. We will remember Edna as a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. Edna had a passion for cooking, knitting, gardening and bridge and was a member of the Tri Club Woman’s Club. A memorial service will be held 12noon Wednesday, August 8,2012 at Three Chopt Presbyterian Church, 9315 Three Chopt Rd., Richmond. The family wishes to thank Our Lady of Hope’s Christopher Center for the compassionate care Edna received while residing there.
