Doug was the first person on the school bus that talked to me and made friends. Way out in Beaverdam we had QUITE the long, yet entertaining bus ride to school and home everyday. He sure did march to his own drum. I think of him all the time, I miss my friend. He always called me just "P"... I liked that. Its true, he never met a stranger, that is unless you were messing with one of his friends. He always matched his outfits, had a bandanna, and a newPOTE oneHUNNIT. haha I have one of his necklaces still, and i cherish it. LOVE YOU big guy. See you again some day.

My deepest and most sincere condolences to Boogies family and friends, especially his little boy Zayne and Sarah. I had a chance to meet him in a small amount of time and just to be able to remember seeing him touch the hearts and lives of strangers that most people would shy away from or ignore,  spoke mad volumes on his kind nature and for such a big guy (I'm only 5 ft even)...lol, his heart was 10x bigger than I've had to meet thus far...it was a pleasure to know him if only for a sliver of time this year.

I still see you in Dominos picking up your pizza. You always spoke to me and I wish we had more time to talk man. Condolences to family and friends.

He was a sweet person and funny as hell! He will be missed! Prayers to his family,friends and his son Zayne and Sara!

     Considered as one of our brothers in the neighborhood.  We had a lot of fun in Misty Pines apartments when we were kids . We still remained friends mainly through Facebook as we became adults.   We are Really gonna miss Doug . May God bless and continue to comfort family Friends at this time of need.
