PHILLIPS, Donald Leslie “Mutt”, 81, passed away in his residence at Imperial Plaza on June 29, 2020, after a sudden illness.
He was a graduate of Highland Springs High School, Class of 1956.
Graveside services will take place on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at 11 a.m., in Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, 6217 Memorial Drive, Sandston, Va. 23150.
