She is survived by her daughter, Lucille Willis and Son-in-law - Elias Willis Sr. (deceased); son, Dave Bailey and his wife Debra Bailey; grandchildren, Shaleatha Gunter, Dave Bailey Jr. (deceased), Linda Johnson and her husband Jeffrey Johnson, Elias Willis Jr. and his wife Karen Willis; great grandchildren, Tahishawn Bailey, Kierra Gunter, Keziah Gunter, Montaz Gunter, Jamaal Willis and his wife Samantha Willis, James Willis and his wife Georgette Willis, Tanyae Amos and her husband Charles Amos, Cherelle Johnson, Derek Johnson, Gregory Bullock and his wife Tasheya Bullock; 7 Great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Christine was born to the late Sally Wiggins Bailey and George Washington Bailey on December 7, 1914 in Virginia. She was a loving Mother and Matriarch of the family, known for her superior cooking ability, especially her cakes and pies that were known as the “best in the world” amongst her friends and family. Full of wisdom, nurturing, and was a strong and steadfast woman of God.
