Betty Williams Hall

Betty Hall, known to most as Big Momma, was called home on September 21, 2024 at the age of 64. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Annie Mae Williams. She is survived by her high school sweetheart, Todd Hall, recently celebrating 45 years of marriage; her two beloved children, T.J. Hall (Jamie) and Lisa Walker; and her brother, Buck Williams (Anita). She leaves behind her treasured grand babies, who were the absolute light of her life: Remy, Charlee Mae, Colt, and Harrison. She also leaves many other family members, dear friends, countless others to whom she was a second-mom, and her sweet dogs, who will sadly miss her. Betty was a dedicated employee of Siemens Industries. Prior to, she was an employee of VRS and was able to receive service retirement after 30 years. Betty was well known in the community for her kindness, always making others feel valued and cherished. Her generosity and graciousness were incomparable. Her family will accept visitors at Nelsen Funeral Home (4650 S. Laburnum Avenue) on Friday, September 27 from 4-8 pm. A celebration of life, in true Big Momma fashion, will take place at a later date.
