He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Sally Swinson Hancock; three brothers, Robert Hancock, Homer Hancock, Harry Hancock Jr.; three sisters, Hazel Furman, Joyce Martin, and Diane Hancock.
He is survived by two sons, Carl Hancock and Michael Hancock; three brothers, Billy Hancock, Bobby Hancock, and James Hancock; three sisters, Linda Vasil, Helen Gaskins, and Loyce Futrell.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, at Johnson Funeral Home, Richlands with the Rev. Brian Young officiating. Burial will follow at the Swinson-Futrell Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 6-8 p.m.
