Vera Dee May Dietel Crawford

A wife, patriot, mother, sister, aunt, homemaker, career woman and friend began in Nebish MN, May 19th, 1918.

After high school gradation and business school she made her way to the Marine Corp attaining rank of sergeant, serving as a parachute packer during WW II.

She met her husband to be while in the Corp.

Dee married, two sons were born and a homemaker, Den mother and PTA secretary she became.

As they grew older she re-entered the workplace and ultimately retired as Regional Technical Librarian for the E.P.A.

She is survived by H.S., her husband of over 60 years, her sons Hal & Scott, her sister Joyce Wiltse of Albuquerque, NM and numerous nephews & nieces.
