She was born in Amarillo on October 9, 1979, to Michael Taff and Lillian Fisher. Melisa graduated high school from Randall High School.
She was a member of Kroger and HEB Companies. Melisa had a passion for her children and anyone who was in need.
She is survived by her children Jessie Jr, and Jemel Walker; father Michael Taff and step-mother Becky; sister Shannon Allen and brother-in-law Mark Allen, two aunts and three uncles; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Melisa isvery much loved by her children, family, and two Shih-Tzu dogs Malia and Zoey.
