He was born in Memphis, TN on June 5, 1957. Malcolm received a bachelor of science degree in Engineer Technology from The University of Memphis.
He was married to Barbara Theresa Pierce on June 11, 1994.
Malcolm worked in Industrial Engineering for Seimens & Gordons and had a career in the US Army. He was a member of DAV and PVA. Malcolm had a passion for cooking and building things with his hands.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Erma Pierce and sister, Judy Lynn Pierce.
Malcolm is survived by his wife, Barbara Pierce; children, Anastasia Pierce, Malcolm E. Pierce both of Apache Junction, AZ, Sean J. Pierce and Samantha Head both of Garland, TX; grandchildren, Hero McIntyre of Mountain Home, AR, Gracie Head of Garland, TX, Aiden Pierce of Covington, TN, Isabella Head, Joseph Pierce and Christopher Head all of Garland, TX; brothers and sister, James Pierce III of Knoxville, TN, Tammy Mullally of Memphis, TN and Mark Pierce of Selmer, TN.
