In 1972, Kathryn went to work as an Executive Secretary at Westinghouse Air Brake and later as an Executive Secretary at American Standard prior to her retirement in 1997.
Kathryn and Marshall enjoyed having family for fun weekends, fishing, boating and fish fries at their lake house at Lake Texhoma, and exchanging laughter and jokes over weekend card games with their friends at home.
