Jane Treon

Early in her career, Jane was the Classified Advertising Manager at the Maryland Gazette. She later went on to serve the citizens of the City of Richardson at Berkner High School, and at the Public Library where she retired after 16 years. Jane was a member of the American Legion Women's Auxillary Post 368 where she served as a member of the Executive Committee. She was a member of the Doe Club affiliated with the Plano Richardson Elks Lodge, and was also a member of Arapaho Road Baptist Church.

Jane is preceded in death by her parents, Eva B. and Frank Jenkins; and her son, Michael Blair. She is survived by her husband, Patrick Treon of Richardson, Texas; daughter, Patti Jo Blair of Richardson, Texas; daughter, Jennifer Granberry of Parkland, Florida; son-in-law, Robert Todd Granberry of Parkland, Florida; granddaughter, Christina Granberry of Parkland, Florida; granddaughter, Madison Granberry of Parkland, Florida; daughter-in-law, Leslie Sirmans Blair of McKinney, Texas; niece, Cathy Jo Wyckoff and husband Kenny of Stow, Ohio; and a host of other loving family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on November 16, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Sparkman Funeral Home, 1029 S. Greenville Ave, Richardson, Texas 75081. Jane will be laid to rest at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at a later date.
