He was born in Hoi Ping Kwangtung China on the 15th of June 1930.
James was married to Tina Lam on the 5th of August 1958 in Canton China.
He was survived by Helen Lai and husband Mike, Wally Lam and wife Carmen, Hulen Lam and wife Kimberly; 5 Grandchildren: Cecilia Wi and husband Mark, Ricky Lai, Jerry Lam, Jacky Lam, and Chloe Lam; 2 Great Grand Children: Stella Wi and Aston Wi.
James was preceded in death by his wife Tina Lam.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday August 11, 2017, at Sparkman Funeral Home, 1029 S Greenville Ave. Richardson TX 75081.
Burial will follow at Restland Cemetery.
